Ceramic mosaics on the façade by zbyněk sekal

Zbyněk Sekal, a prominent figure in Czechoslovak art, created 52 vertical ceramic sculptures for the hotel’s façades.

These original works inspired Czechoslovak architecture for decades.

Although they were damaged over time, Sekal’s sculptures were meticulously restored after nearly two years of research and testing. Dušan Grmolec, a family ceramic craftsman, played a crucial role in the restoration process.
